Ex-Online is the state of the art in hazardous area compliance.
Ex-Online is developed by QGE group. It’s a product of our 20 years plus of experience in hazardous area engineering and compliance. We’ve been compiling hazardous area dossiers and completing equipment inspections for most of that time, first on paper, then using spreadsheets and local databases, and now in Ex-Online – a fully-fledged, enterprise-scale, cloud-based system, accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.
We’re all about compliance, but we’re even more about efficiency, and as technology has moved, we’ve moved to harness it to drive efficiency and improve data quality at all stages of the hazardous area compliance process.
Ex-Online can be used as a data capture tool to build a dossier from scratch, to complete inspections on existing plant, and to manage EEHA compliance during a project, from front end engineering right through to commissioning, start-up and into operations. By maintaining history of information, and avoiding data-entry errors and inefficiencies, Ex-Online prevents re-work, drives consistency and maximises inspector utilisation. Data is available to inspectors in the field, so they don’t waste time chasing down documents, drawings can be marked up on the spot; and after inspections are complete, defect lists are automatically generated, photos and checksheets are filed and the dossier information is maintained in the cloud for ongoing access by anyone who needs it – no more dusty folders sitting on shelves, unmaintained, slowly falling into disrepair before being lost.
Maximise your inspection efficiency
Inspectors spend time inspecting, not entering data to create defect lists and organise photos. Photos, inspections and drawings (with field mark-ups) are kept together to create point-in-time records.
Never lose your dossier again
Gone are the days of dusty folders getting thrown away in office clean-ups.
Maintain item history
Track the history of items over time to identify common problems and optimise your maintenance spend.
Export dossier to Excel and pdf format
Create deliverable dossiers, or point-in-time snapshots. Share data across sites/installations.
Demonstrate compliance – use read-only access to share dossier information
Licensing is by equipment items, not users, so data can be shared as widely as you like with no cost impact.
Efficient data capture and drawing mark-up
Pdf inspection format allows inspector to make notes and mark-up drawings during inspections, and add photos for clarity on issues.
Manage certificates and other dossier documents
Quickly and easily share documents and copy across multiple sites and equipment items.
